Property Management

De La Rosa Realty manages both Residential and Commercial Properties.  

 We pay all property bills and take care of repairs and improvements, we drive by and inspect your property quarterly.  Our Owners receive direct deposits into their accounts within 5 days of receiving rents.  We set up escrow accounts for property tax and insurance and make those payments on behalf of the owners. 

 

Each month you will receive an Income and Expense Report and a 1099 will be issued at the end of the year along with your end of the year income and expense report.
